Emma is passionate about volunteering and serving her community and leading in current and up-and-coming positions.

Sekaiya WillisSekaiya N. Willis was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. She is one of 6 children; she has two sisters and three brothers. She was educated in Philadelphia’s public schools, two of which were identified as prestigious and special admission schools (Conwell Middle Magnet and The Philadelphia High School for Girls). More than a decade ago, she earned a Master’s degree in the Administration of Human Services from Chestnut Hill College. Her research for her dissertation focused on the social and developmental impact of Children of Substance Abusers (COSAs). She has also earned a Bachelor’s degree from Cheyney University. Her long-term dreams and aspirations include developing and operating a safe haven for COSAs. A place where their life skills, academic goals, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being can be nurtured and protected.

From a tender age, Sekaiya’s calling was clear-to help and encourage others. Her passion and purpose are deeply rooted in uplifting and leading by example. These defining characteristics have guided her throughout her life, shaping her into the person she is today.

Sekaiya’s professional journey has been dedicated to the Human Service field. Her diverse roles have included being a Therapeutic Support Staff, Special Education/Emotional Support Teacher, Reintegration Case Manager, Early Intervention Specialist, and Program Analyst. She serves as a Health Program Analysis Supervisor and Special Projects Lead for the Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual Disability Services (DBHIDS) for the City of Philadelphia, showcasing her extensive experience and expertise in the field.

Although her obligations have shifted and her titles/merits have transformed from front-line to administrative, the focus and end goal has remained the same: helping people evolve, develop, identify their purpose, and become the best versions of themselves! She does and will continue to serve, uplifting and motivating!

Tina MitchellTina is a dedicated mother of five. Tina has served as Food Manager in the Philadelphia School District for over 20 years. Tina has a business as a Mobile Signed Agent providing notary service to her community. Tina is recognized as the Master of Monies. She can teach you how to budget, save, and raise money like no other. She is the true definition of how to make a dollar out of 15 cent. Her faith is the center of her life; she is a firm believer in the power of prayer and its ability to bring healing. Tina enjoy supporting her family and friends, serving her community, good food, laughs, and traveling.
